1.First, a “sacrificial” pattern is produced to mimic the shape of the final cast part by injecting wax into a metal wax injection die.

2.Multiple wax patterns are attached to a sprue to form a casting cluster

3. Coating, Stuccoing, and Hardening

4. The wax assembly is placed in a steam autoclave and then the furnace to vaporize the wax

5.The mold is heated between 870℃-1095℃to remove residual wax and increase dimensional accuracy

6.The mold cavity is filled with the molten metal to create the metal casting.

7. The mold shell is removed in order to release the casting

8.The gates and runners are cut off

9. After a few more processing steps, the casting are ready for shipment.
